Help Fund Safety Excellence at the DBX Team Building Night
DBX Safety Committee Auction
The Dayton Builders Exchange (DBX) Safety Committee is committed to advancing safety in the construction industry. This commitment is reflected in the resources we provide throughout the year—webinars, e-bulletins, and our one-of-a-kind Safety Awards Program.
Unlike typical awards, the DBX Safety Awards Program is non-competitive. Participating companies receive a full written evaluation of their safety program, rather than a simple summary of safety statistics. These evaluations are prepared by DBX Safety Counsel Gary Auman of Auman, Mahan and Furry, offering an affordable and valuable tool for companies seeking to strengthen their safety efforts.
This year, five contractors will be recognized and presented with their awards during Team Building Night.
Because the program involves a detailed review process, it costs more to administer. To help keep participation affordable for DBX members, the Safety Committee hosts an annual fundraising auction at Team Building Night. All proceeds directly support the continued success of the Safety Awards Program.
This year’s auction is going to be very special, thanks to a generous auction item donation by James Free Jewelers, located at 3100 Far Hills Avenue, Dayton.
