22nd Annual Team Building Night
Team Building Night was created decades ago to celebrate the Miami Valley Construction Industry and strengthen the ties between Builders Exchange Members and community leaders. This annual gala recognizes the incredible contributions of the construction industry from design to construction through superior craftsmanship, leadership and innovation.
Just once a year, we get the unique chance to gather everyone together for Team Building Night to publicly celebrate the hard work, dedication and perseverance that are hallmarks of the most critical sector in our local economy: Construction!

The DBX Safety Fund Silent Auction was a big hit once again and raised $2,100 to contribute toward the Safety Committee Projects! Safety should be the primary focus for all of us. Funds raised at this auction will be used to help launch programs that assist members with their company safety programs.
