10:00 – 10:45 am         Local Union Updates Including Pension Fund Status


10:45 – 12:00 pm         Benchmark Analysis – A comparison of increases of our locals over time as compared to the  
                                    Consumer Price Index (CPI) and nonunion increases of the Sheet Metal Workers and
                                    Plumbers/Fitters.
                                    Contractor’s Cost Conundrum - Illustrates the high prices of commodities (materials)
                                    purchased by insulation contractors and compares that to the cost-of-living data important to
                                    employees in order to provide a common understanding of economic challenges for both.
